**About the role**:
As an **Application Support Analyst**, you’ll play a key part in the smooth operation of our global payment systems. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge cloud technologies, APIs, and integrated systems to deliver seamless support to clients and partners around the world.

This role focuses on **Level 2 support** for our acquiring and scheme-related services—critical infrastructure for our business and our clients. You’ll be working closely with technical teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure high performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.

**What you’ll do**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud-based APIs, routing, and gateway services.
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and client teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Onboard new clients and configure environments for successful integration.
- Liaise with external partners and schemes for escalated support cases.
- Manage hotfixes and patches with mínimal disruption to service.
- Participate in an after-hours support roster (as needed).

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in Application or Technical Support roles.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle/MS SQL) and experience with PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, XML, REST/SOAP, and web service integration.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Programming experience in.NET or C#.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum teams.

**Salary**:
The salary range for this role is $85, 000 - 90, 000 per annum + superannuation.
