As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure across our restaurants and head office. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support, managing IT systems, and delivering user training to ensure all GYG systems operate at their best. We’re looking for someone who is always on the lookout for innovative and cost-effective IT solutions that will drive our business forward.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Provide technical support to GYG restaurants and Hola Central employees.
- Set up IT infrastructure for new restaurant openings.
- Handle project work and implementations, including installing, maintaining, and repairing IT devices and systems.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Manage Service Desk processes, including incident handling, service requests, and problem management.
- Work a rotating roster and be available for weekend shifts if needed.
- Support and optimize IT infrastructure including POS systems, workstations, networks, menu boards, printing, media players, and IP telephony.
- Manage IT stock inventory and database, specializing in software used by GYG.
- Provide ongoing support for network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in creating and delivering IT training sessions for end-users.
- Support and train junior IT Support team members.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the IT support team and help document and address them.

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
- A working knowledge of networking and PC hardware

- The salary banding for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum._
