At Moorebank, we operate a 24-7 bakery which sees us running 12-hour day rosters in our production operation. We have a variety of work patternsavailable, with shift penalties, weekend rates and overtime opportunities enhancing the weekly earning potential.

About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for **experienced**Process Operators** to join our **Pampas** site in **West Footscray**. In this role, you will perform in our production and slicing areas, which includes ensuring our production targets and compliance processes are met. With a core focus on the health & safety culture here at GoodmanFielder, this role will also require you to follow health and safety procedures whilst carrying out a variety of tasks in the production and slicing areas.

Opportunities currently exist for:

- **Monday to Friday DAY shift - 6.50am - 3.20pm**:

- **Monday to Friday NIGHT shift - 11.00pm - 7.00am**:

- **Casual roles**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Operation of machinery and equipment as per safe operating proceduresExecutes start-up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly.
- Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames.
- Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment. Attend all relevant training programs.
- Achieve AERR and Waste on target.
- Active participationand attendance of weekly, monthly departmental meetings

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:**
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Practiceand display Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety standards
- Quality awareness
- Previous food industry experience or machine operation/process work is desirable
