**How will I help?**

As a Team Member in our Group Operations (PSO) team, you will assist our internal and external customers with international payments and investigations. Your responsibilities will include supporting with international payments that require investigation, servicing customer through inbound/outbound calls and managing customer complaints. In your new role, you will provide outstanding service to retail, business and corporate customers across the Westpac Group whilst navigating multiple systems.

This position is based from our Parramatta office, with shift times of 9am - 5:30/6pm, Monday to Friday.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer service within agreed service levels within a high volume, productivity-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including experience managing complaints
- Strong knowledge of operational risks, as well as legislative and compliance standards
- Experience in adapting to workplace change
- Experience in International Payments desirableSkilled in both product knowledge and SWIFT formatting
