**How will I Help?**
As a Westpac Institutional Banking (WIB) Team Member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.

The role provides support for card originations and maintenance activities for our Corporate, Business and High Value Customers. You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities by role modelling Westpac’s values of Helpful, Ethical, Leading Change, Performing & Simple.

**What do I need?**
The knowledge & expertise required in this role
- Prior experience within a financial service or bank, especially in the Unsecured Lending sector would be beneficial
- Completing studies in financial disciplines will be desirable
- Knowledge of end-to-end originations process and business.
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding Privacy and Risk compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Communicate in a positive, pro-active approach to all duties that come your way with confidence and determination
