Our Commercial Banking team supports medium to large businesses across Australia with tailored financial solutions and innovative technology.

Following an internal promotion, we're seeking a Relationship Executive to join our Maroochydore Business Centre. You'll be part of an inclusive team that values people and families, backed by leaders with deep Queensland market knowledge and a strong focus on wellbeing and client success.

Do Work That Matters

Manage a diverse commercial portfolio servicing clients in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie and Moreton Bay regions. Deliver solutions including working capital, asset finance, home and investment lending, and risk management to businesses with turnovers of $3M – $15M and lending needs from $1.25M – $5M.

What You will Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice

  • Leverage your network and referral partners to identify and convert new-to-bank opportunities

  • Fully understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions

  • Lead deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex transactions

  • Represent CommBank across the region, building your professional profile and presence in industry and the community

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven success in building and leading a high-performing Commercial Banking portfolio

  • Strong experience in commercial lending and credit structuring

  • Deep understanding of banking products, services, and client needs

  • Trusted relationships within the local business community

  • Advanced financial analysis skills, with expertise in interpreting financial statements and cash-flow drivers

  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving new business

  • Evidence of successful peer collaboration as part of a close-knit and dynamic team
