Job Description - T-Legend (store manager)

As a T-legend, you will be enthusiastic to manage a team of customer facing T-Ristas, a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get your hands dirty

While no two days are the same, a T-Legend will;
- Bring to life our values of Brave, Real, Inclusive and Curious through inspiring the team by your own demonstration of the values in your interactions with customers, the team and other key stakeholders
- Recruit, develop and manage
- Train and guide the team in how to deliver consistently great customer experiences
- Taking ownership of the T-Brewery’s sales and results. Proactively looking at ways to increase performance

Key Metrics - Sales, ATV and Loyalty
- Perform stocktake and place orders in accordance with location specific ordering days
- Ensure Chatime brand standards are implemented and executed to a high standard
- Have the ability to work within company policies including all food handling and safety procedures, ensuring this is upheld in your T-Brewery
- Get involved and actively promote with Local Area Marketing initiatives
- Have an eye for detail and manage rosters, labour and COGS
