**About the role**

We currently have a permanent, Part-time Advanced Disability Support Worker vacancy within our Pascoe Vale team.

The Advanced Disability Support Worker will act as a senior member of a direct support team and will provide support and information for people with disabilities, across their lifecycle and in all domains of life, to enable access to a quality life with dignity, respect and social inclusion, in the least restrictive environment.

**Skills, Experience & Certificates**:

- Recognised experience and knowledge in the field of disability with high level competencies in areas of complex behaviour management or high/complex medical needs
- Knowledge of complex conditions that impact on disability and the capacity to remain up to date with related developments
- You must hold an **Advanced Diploma Disability Work, Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management or Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) or equivalent**:

- Be willing to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
- A current Victorian driver’s license
- Have a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
- Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality
- Experience in personal care and happy for this to be part of your job
- Flexibility in the hours you work each week and ability to commit to a full, set roster
