What you will do:

• Mentor and nurture junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture by providing constructive feedback, conducting regular design reviews, and supporting the professional growth of the broader team.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Demonstrate a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods to be able to conduct user testing and validate hypotheses.
• Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation sessions to align with stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Help maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards in all design outputs.

What you will bring:

• 6–10 years of experience in product design, with demonstrated impact in both execution and leadership
• Proven experience leading small teams, ideally within fast-paced or cross-functional environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, product thinking, and end-to-end problem solving across devises
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and working within established brand and product frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence product direction and advocate for design, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements

Desirable qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
