Atomi is transforming the educational experience by optimising the way high schools across the world teach and learn. In just a few short years, our team and business have grown massively and guess what? We’re ready to scale even further

Founded in 2011, Atomi began with just a few 'how to' maths videos. It turned out that students and teachers really enjoyed our simple, fun and practical style. We now deliver millions of lessons each year to students around the world, inspiring a love for learning beyond the classroom and empowering students and teachers to work better together.

So what’s involved? We’re glad you asked.

THE MAIN GAME....
- Generate clear ideas and concepts for strategic brand initiatives.
- Create designs for digital campaigns, webpages, print, and events.
- Work closely with the Head of Design to evolve the Atomi brand and enable other teams to create on-brand experiences.
- Actively contribute to Atomi’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other teams to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Create high-quality work that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand.
- Design with systems and scalability in mind, where components, templates and guides can be re-used and built to scale, optimised across different devices and platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing team and as a cross-functional team member.
- Contribute to the design team's culture through support, feedback, guidance and knowledge sharing.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ATOMI....
- 4+ Years of hands-on experience working in a design role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and brand identity.
- A deep understanding of the principles of visual communication.
- Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma design tooling.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
