**Your new role**:

- Work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain resourcing requirements and market availability
- Be able to independently manage resource and recruitment practices
- Plan and deliver resourcing and workforce requirements and solutions for different and independent projects
- Be able to define ambiguous role requirements into definitive descriptions
- Think innovatively to evaluate, create, and implement solutions to benefit the customer
- Be able to ascertain skillsets and experience and deliver solutions to the client
- Assign available staff to projects based on their skills and experience
- Come up with initiative ways to provide resourcing requirements
- Provide IWP Program Managers with ongoing resource management and support
- Collaborate on resource management with all stakeholders
- Liaise with member companies and SMEs to ensure ongoing resourcing support
