As part of the City Property team, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to City Properties. With assistance you will prepare and maintain utility monitoring schedules for City leased and licenced properties. You will also ensure all charges related to utilities for City leased and licenced properties are correct, levied and recouped.
You possess well developed verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable communicating to all levels of management. You have sound time management skills, including the ability to work with conflicting demands and meet deadlines. Your sound problem solving and analytical skills are essential and you will have demonstrated administrative and customer service experience.
A relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business administration, property or facility management or a related field, is essential. You will have a current ‘C’ class driver’s licence.

We are offering a gross salary of $72,258 - $78,905 per annum, and:
- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
