**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate with multiple networks and channels across the university to ensure streamline access to information and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise multiple tasks, work under pressure and display attention to detail while following tasks through to completion.

**Qualifications**
Completion of a Certificate IV Business without subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
