**About the Role**:
You will be the voice on the end of the call if any guest requires assistance while on their road trip.

Our Apollo Assist team provides the support they need to continue enjoying their holiday. In this role you would be providing our traveling guests with solutions over the phone ranging from quick & easy troubleshooting to more complex logístical solutions in order to get vehicles repaired and guests back on the road.

This position is based at our Global Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane, and is a permanent full-time role with approximately 38 hours per week plus some reasonable additional hours on a ten day per fortnight roster. Shifts are between 5:30am - 5:30pm and overtime and penalty rates apply. This position requires some weekend shifts as per roster.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
