Votre mission
Responsible for ensuring paid media campaigns are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the brands via paid media strategies.- Work closely with media and digital agencies on the implementation of campaigns and ongoing optimisations across paid search, paid social, display, video
- Support Digital Marketing Manager to effectively build, execute and measure innovative digital marketing plans that support business growth strategy
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to develop and test creative executions, plans and strategies that assist the delivery of marketing team objectives
- Work with wider marketing and data teams to build and maintain a range of audience segments to improve targeting in our performance campaigns
- Work with commercial team on the execution of the e-retailer marketing activities
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against business benchmarks: including monthly campaign reports and creative optimisation
- Assist ongoing competitor analysis across various categories and help define new media trends
Skills and education
- Masters degree in Digital advertising/marketing
- Minimum of between 3-5 years experience, with strong background in digital marketing and campaign planning, monitoring and optimisation
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and experience in paid search and paid social
- Experience in tech platforms such as the Google, Facebook Ads Manager
- Agency and stakeholder engagement skills
- Have strong data analytical skills, a high degree of proficiency in Excel and be performance driven
- Experience in developing and recommending paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, spend allocation between channels
- Excellent organisational abilities such as multi-tasking and working under pressure
- High attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to think independently and initiate suggestions for improvement where suitable
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
