**Your Role at a Glance**: As a Call Center Representative, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
- Book medical exams and appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear, helpful information to patients and referrers.
- Manage patient records with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with Medicare billing and other administrative tasks as needed.

**About You**: We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across various shifts, including after-hours and weekends.
