Job Title: Systems Integrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a **Systems Integrator** with a background in audio/visual, lighting, and smart home technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and integrating cutting-edge home automation systems, ensuring seamless performance and a premium experience for homeowners. You will work closely with our lead Integrator, project managers, designers, and clients to deliver customized solutions that enhance home environments with intuitive technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and implement integrated systems for residential and commercial clients, including audio/visual systems, lighting control systems, home theaters, and other smart home automation products.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot A/V equipment, lighting systems, local area networks, home automation devices (e.g., Control4, RTI, KNX).
- Coordinate wiring, equipment placement, and system layout in conjunction with project specifications and client preferences.
- Integrate and program centralized control systems to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices and technologies.
- Conduct on-site system testing, calibration, and fine-tuning to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage and functionality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, wiring schematics, and installation processes.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, designers, and other trades to ensure smooth installation and integration.
- Stay current with emerging residential technology trends, products, and best practices.
- Hourly Rate / Salary Negotiable dependent on level of experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in A/V, lighting, or smart home integration.
- Excellent knowledge of audio/visual systems, home networking, lighting control, and automation platforms (e.g., Control4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron, RTI).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring, rack building, and equipment mounting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Comfortable working independently in a field environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Physical ability to lift equipment, work in attics/crawlspaces, and perform tasks on ladders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Control4 and/or other such home automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Audio/Visual, lighting, IP networking, security & surveillance systems, and other electrical subsystems.
- Electrical Qualification beneficial
