**The opportunity**

Supporting the Consumer Engagement team with daily administrative activities, your role will include oversight and coordination of the RISC Net feedback system, CarePage Consumer Experience system, and monitoring incoming feedback.

**How you will make an impact**

You will be responsible for the provision of excellent administrative support in accordance with the organisational philosophy, policies and procedures under the supervision of National Consumer Experience Manager. This role will also provide support on a periodic basis to the wider Clinical, Care and Quality team.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Qualification in Health, Human Services or similar
- Extensive experience in an administration position, preferably within an aged care environment
- High standard of computer literacy is essential particularly word and excel.
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring that the resident and client are central to decision making and activities
- A quick learner with a naturally positive outlook with the ability to adapt to change as the company rapidly expands and evolves
- Hands on person with high working standards, self-motivation and initiative
- Positive attitude and commitment to the position whilst ensuring an improvement and solutions focus at all times, with a can-do attitude and ability to take on board and use feedback constructively
- Ability to organise and prioritise work plans, complete tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines with an emphasis on accuracy and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Ability to work within the philosophy and framework of Regis Aged Care
