**The Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working gym floor attendants to join our team in Caroline Springs

**The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:

- Oversight of the cleanliness of the gym floor.
- Able to pick up weights and put away on racks where members fail to.
- General cleanliness of the gym floor and ensure the workplace is neat, tidy, and hazard free.
- Basic cleaning of equipment where required.
- Communicate to the management team and make sure members and guests are abiding with correct usage of equipment, ensuring safety.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention-to-detail skills
- A willingness to grow within the company.

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
