**About the Role**:
As a Buyers Assistant (Admin), you will play a crucial role in curating our product assortment and ensuring smooth operations.

You will also be responsible for the following areas under the guidance of our Gifting & Souvenir Buyer:

- Management of item creation and maintenance
- Maintain price accuracy in merchandise systems
- Accurately update item details for monthly promotional program
- Create and maintain Line sheets for distribution to relevant team, with correct images and information.
- Manage communication with buyer/supplier regarding delivery timelines, changes in delivery methods etc.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers

**About You**:

- Highly organised
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise, and good time management skills
- Previous exposure to a retail business is ideal
- Strong communication skills and excellent time management
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
