We are working with a Tier 1 Australian contractor as they expand into Queensland, taking on one of the Gold Coast's most exciting projects – a mixed-use residential tower that will stand among the city's tallest landmarks. This project represents a pivotal step in the contractor's growth journey and offers the opportunity to shape design delivery on a truly iconic development.

As Senior Design Manager, you will take ownership of design coordination and management across all stages, ensuring consultant teams, client objectives, and construction requirements align seamlessly. You will be the key link between design, delivery, and commercial outcomes, driving solutions that balance innovation, efficiency, and buildability.
