**Support Worker - Casual Position**

We’re looking for a caring and reliable **Support Worker** to join our team and make a real difference in someone’s life. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting others to live independently and with dignity.

**About the Role**

You will be working directly with individuals to provide person-centred support in their daily life. Duties may include:

- Providing personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene)
- Supporting with domestic tasks (cooking, cleaning)
- Community access (transport, social outings, appointments)
- Assistance with medication and daily routines
- Encouraging independence, working towards goals and participating in meaningful activities

**About You**

We're looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and follow care plans
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Proactive with their supports

**Requirements**:

- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Relevant qualification or experience in disability/aged care/mental health (preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Infection Prevention Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
