The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a casual Kitchen Steward to help our chefs during busy periods at the hotel.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Cleaning and sterilising dishes, cooking equipment, countertops, floors and work areas
- Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
- Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes
- Assisting with incoming deliveries to the kitchen when required

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward is an advantage
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a team
- Strength, as you'll need to lift, push and pull incoming orders and objects up to 23 kg
- Have the legal right to work in Australia
