The Fresh Collective Melbourne is seeking 2 casual Kitchen Stewards to join our team.

**About Us**

The Fresh Collective has a reputation for crafting exceptional experiences with premium food and beverages in iconic venues throughout Australia such as Southbank Theatre, The Art Gallery of NSW, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Theatre Company, Government House, Waters Edge Brisbane and The Queensland Museum. As a Gold Licensed caterer, Fresh delivers a range of experiences to suit any brief from intimate dinners, corporate conferences, cocktail events and grand banquet feasts.

**About The Role**

The Kitchen Steward is responsible to perform basic kitchen duties as requested by the Chief Steward or Head Chef, including:

- General washing up
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning
- Excellent career development opportunities within a growing hospitality company
- This position is a casual role, with ongoing shifts

**About You**
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- An eye for detail
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid full time working rights in Australia - student visas accepted
