Our state government client is seeking an experienced OD Consultant to join their team.

The key responsibilities of this role would include:

- Implementing leadership expectation frameworks
- Strategically reviewing department-wide values and behaviours
- Participation in workshops, presentations, training, and consultations
- Supporting the implementation and embedding of projects

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Highly experienced organisational development background
- Experience working with major initiatives for a medium to large sized entity
- Well demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in strategic workforce planning
