Trio Towing Provides Safe & Reliable Roadside Assistance & Towing Services Across QLD. Trio is Chasing a Motivated Individual to further progress the team’s success, as we grow and expand our vehicle fleet.

**2IC/ Team Leader Requirements **
- MR or Higher License
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong organisational skills to give team direction
- Managing day to day activities
- Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team
- Demonstrate ability to meet KPI’s
- Strong time management & organisation

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent Communication
- Training of Team members
- Development of team’s strengths and improve on weaknesses
- Able to hold toolbox meetings
- Passion for ensuring a safe work environment
- Good with Paperwork
- Ability to lead a growing team
- Proactive approach & initiative to solve problems
- Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential

**Job Types**: Full-time

Full Time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $27.50 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

- Overtime

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Monthly bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gympie, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Towing Trailers/Caravans: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Trucks/Buses: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- HR Licence (preferred)
- MR Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
