**Plant Services Leader** **Our Australian Made Story** - Today, you’ll see Laminex on surfaces everywhere you look - be it in hospitals, shopping centres, restaurants, or your home. We manufacture and procure a broad range of products for commercial and residential use such as laminate, engineered stone and panel products so that all Australians can live in beautiful, practical spaces. **The Role**: - Reporting to the Plant Engineer and ** servicing our Toolara and Monkland sites, the Plant Services Leader** will be an integral member of the support services team. This position is accountable to deliver maximised equipment functional availability in support of the overall equipment effectiveness. You will be actively involved in developing strategies in support of the two resource support teams, processed panels and water treatment plant on site. You will be delivering effective services in the following areas of WTP and processed panel operation, predictive maintenance, site workshop, mobile equipment and site services. The person will always be driving continuous improvement through use of project management, problems solving and lean processes.
