**The role**

In this role, you will be responsible for a high-performing team of sustainability advisors and analysts, maintaining corporate sustainability reporting, climate strategy and decarbonisation, sustainability strategy and environmental sustainability improvement, and communication and education. You will work in a collaborative nature to promote commitment to an embedded culture of climate action, broader sustainability improvement, and reporting compliance across the Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining regulatory reporting compliance: Ensure the successful delivery of sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, including accountability for delivery of Adbri’s first ASRS Report.
- Managing risk: Providing guidance to minimise group-level business risk exposure within climate and environmental sustainability areas.
- Clear and inclusive communication and education: Build organisational sustainability awareness and capability, enabling collective action in delivering the sustainability and climate priorities, and ensuring internal management and operations reporting updates are provided on-time and to a high-quality.
- Leading and supporting the Climate & Sustainability team: ensuring team member development and success of team KPIs

**What you will need to succeed**
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised, while also able to work within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong decision-making ability.
- Ability to critically review and offer improvement suggestions.
- Detailed technical and regulatory knowledge and project management experience to lead and deliver projects and reporting work scopes.
