**Introduction**:
Duties
- Manage the accounts for Bamara's 4 business entities
- Prepare journal's and draw down spreadsheets
- Prepare MYOB Entries and reporting for all business entities
- Handle accounts payable and liaise with suppliers regarding accounts payable matters
- Send Remittance advices
- Prepare ABA file's for payments
- Follow up with program leaders to ensure accurate and timely entry of purchase orders into our systems.
- Reimbursement of internal credit cards and preparation of credit

**Description**:
Essentials

Must be able to pass a Police check

Must be able to obtain a WWCC

Highly desirable

Experience using Business Central Dynamics

Advanced Excel skills
