**Your new company**
Located in the western suburbs & CBD, you’ll join an Australian organisation in the manufacturing industry as a permanent Network Lead. You’ll join an organisation who invest in technology and value their employees. You’ll join a team of technically skilled IT professionals.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Network and Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for assisting different stakeholders within the organisation across complex technical landscapes across Networking and other technologies. You’ll be involved in IT planning and strategic alignment with business requirements, leading project engagements and providing continuous improvements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, the applicant will need to have previous experience working with network devices, coupled with strong communication skills and organisation. You will also need hands on experience on a broad range of technologies including but not limited to:

- High Level / Low level Design / Planning
- Routing/switching (Cisco / CheckPoint)
- Firewalls
- F5 Load Balancers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- ITIL
- IT Service Management
- SD -WAN
- Physical & Cloud - both - Network infrastructure support
- NOC Operations knowledge
- Vendor Management, incident management, Problem solving
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cisco certifications & Certification in AWS are desired but not essential
