About the Position

We are seeking a professional and motivated Dental, Medical or Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy specialist practice. This is a key role at the forefront of our clinic, where you will:

- Coordinate and support the daily schedules of our specialists.
- Discuss and manage treatment plans with patients.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service.
- Handle reception duties, including phones, scheduling, payments, and welcoming patients.
- Manage diaries, recalls, and specialist appointment books.

At **Brisbane Implant Dentistry & Perio Care**, we focus on periodontal treatment and implant surgery. Our modern, purpose-built practice is home to:

- 5 Periodontal Specialists
- 5 Hygienists
- 25+ dedicated support staff

What We’re Looking For
- Dental, Medical or Allied Health experience essential
- Confident with intermediate computer skills
- A positive “can-do” attitude with strong initiative
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Professional presentation and manner
- Commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues

How to Apply

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
