Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and motivated Dental, Medical or Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy specialist practice. This is a key role at the forefront of our clinic, where you will:

• Coordinate and support the daily schedules of our specialists.
• Discuss and manage treatment plans with patients.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and service.
• Handle reception duties, including phones, scheduling, payments, and welcoming patients.
• Manage diaries, recalls, and specialist appointment books.

At Brisbane Implant Dentistry & Perio Care, we focus on periodontal treatment and implant surgery. Our modern, purpose-built practice is home to:

• 5 Periodontal Specialists
• 5 Hygienists
• 25+ dedicated support staff

• Dental, Medical or Allied Health experience essential
• Confident with intermediate computer skills

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
