**Company Description** Join Northside Orthodontics as our Full-Time Dental Receptionist**

Are you an experienced dental receptionist or professional with a flair for fabulous front desk service? **Northside Orthodontics**is seeking a Full-time Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team
**Job Description** What You'll Do**:

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- 1x late night required every week either Tuesday or Thursday evening
- Hours of work are 7:30am - 5:30pm 3 days a week and 10:00am - 8:00pm (Tuesday or Thursday evening)
- 4 day work week - RDO weekly
