Marketing Team Manager

**What we're looking for**

CorePlan is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll report directly to C-suite and will own the daily execution of our existing marketing strategy—coordinating campaigns, optimising our digital channels, and ensuring that our brand standards remain consistent.

We have a clear brand vision and marketing direction; you’ll bring it to life by operationalising processes, managing the marketing tech stack, and keeping the team on track.

**Some Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Execution & Coordination**
- Collaborate with the Content Writer, Events Coordinator, and Product Marketing Associate to ensure deliverables align with campaign timelines.
- Maintain and refine our marketing calendar, ensuring each marketing activity is launched on schedule and tracked properly.

**Marketing Operations & Tools**
- Manage our marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot) to optimise lead flow, segmentation, and reporting.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing metrics and insights to guide incremental improvements—CTR, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, etc.
- Coordinate with the Web Designer to maintain and update landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and best practices for lead capture.

**Team Coordination & Collaboration**
- Serve as the operational anchor for the marketing team—schedule check-ins, facilitate stand-ups, and keep everyone on task.
- Work closely with ABM, Sales and Customer Success to hand off leads smoothly and gather feedback on lead quality.
- Oversee marketing budgets for digital campaigns and events, ensuring proper tracking and ROI analysis.

**Qualifications and Fit**- Must have at least 4 years of experience working in a sales or marketing role.- Adept at project management—you thrive on checklists, timelines, and meeting deadlines.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where brand vision is top priority, but execution is the name of the game.- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to post-mortem analysis.- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM best practices.
