**The Position**:
We're seeing an experienced Maintenance Officer to provide high-quality property, building, equipment and some gardening maintenance services on a permanent full time basis working at our Aged Care Homes in Melbourne's Western Suburbs - primarily based at our Footscray Home.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in general building and grounds maintenance, preferably with an Aged Care organisation
- Trade qualifications which will be highly regarded.
- Carry out repair and general maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.
- Assist with the transportation of furniture and undertaking general gardening and landscaping tasks
- Will require the ability to maintain documentation in relation to maintenance activities

Please note a vehicle will be provided for this role, therefore a full Victorian Driver's License is required.
