**The opportunity**:
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a brand-new delivery team? We're looking for a dynamic Delivery Lead to play a critical role in the success of our Digital Platform team. This is your chance to build a high-performing delivery team from the ground up, ensuring the smooth delivery, maintenance and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. As the Delivery Lead, you will take charge of a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers, and business analysts. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering system changes that align with our business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
- Have accountability for the end-to-end delivery of changes to the Dynamics Finance and Operations system (ERP) in line with the Ampcontrol Enterprise Architecture.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, ensuring resource allocation and timelines are optimised, with clear measures for productivity and quality.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to keep projects on track.
- Partner with our Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved, be clear on measures of success and prioritise initiatives to maximise the benefits and value of the ERP.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Drive best practices in appropriate Agile and SDLC methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outputs.
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance and delivery processes, such as through automation.
- Establish and enforce governance policies for Microsoft Platforms, ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with Microsoft updates and industry trends, advocating for and implementation new tools and features that drive productivity gains.

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams in a technology environment, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations will be highly regarded.
- Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Skilled in coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Solid knowledge of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
