**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Based in the Ampcontrol Head Office** at Tomago 2322**, we are seeking **a Marketing & Communications Coordinator** to join our high-performing, fast-paced team where no GIF goes unwelcome, no idea is too out there, and no challenge goes unsolved without collaboration

If you love dealing with people and helping to unpack their problems, to move to finding a resolve with them, then Ampcontrol’s Marketing and Communications team is the fit for you You will support the company's strategic business goals, assisting with delivering integrated marketing & communication campaigns utilising content marketing and communication strategies. As a brand advocate speaking to both internal and external audiences you will be a part of building our brand profile, improving customer experience and whilst increasing employee engagement.

Your key responsibilities:

- Delivery of B2B marketing services and initiatives, in support of our brand, products and services in core and new markets
- Integrated Campaign Planning and delivery across traditional, digital and social platforms
- Support the concept development and production of quality content across our global operations.
- Deliver corporate campaigns and messaging through engagement and communications channels across the Ampcontrol group of businesses
- Utilise Ampcontrol’s communication platforms to enable strong employee engagement and best practice of internal communication platforms and tools
- Content focused quality, well-targeted communication and marketing services; social media marketing, digital marketing (website and EDM), artwork & video development, product launch campaigns, exhibitions, event support, traditional advertising, PR, customer communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Enhancing brand representation and awareness externally and internally, increasing employee culture and engagement with brand.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, engagement or similar
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in providing marketing support to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat)
- Experience with content management on WordPress websites
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on copywriting
- Experience coordinating events or exhibitions
- Strong organisational skills, a demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and the ability to forward plan
- Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and customers
