The principal role of the Digital Production Lead is to maintain the highest quality of client service and delivery, and to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. The purpose is to make brands a force for positive change. And it’s your role to help see it through from ideas to action. You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our clients and become an integral part of our team.

**Core competencies**:

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Ideally 4+ years of agency experience in digital production management.
- Excellent portfolio of interactive projects
- Clear and demonstrable experience of executing to AA compliance standards.
- Experience with modern project management tools and spreadsheets
- Experience working in Wordpress CMS
- A sound understanding of digital delivery QA and Testing
- Passionate about staying on trend with new technologies and ways of working
- Strong understand and respect of accessibility in a digital context
- Strong client/stakeholder management experience
- Highly developed skills in planning, estimating, managing and measuring projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management and agile production methodologies
- A positive people-person attitude
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- The ability to prioritise workload
