**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Precinct Manager to join our team. As the Melbourne Quarter Precinct Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all shared services in the Melbourne Quarter Precinct. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities, maintenance of the Public Realm area, and adherence to established policies and procedures. Your expertise in managing property services and your ability to prioritise work within tight operational deadlines will be key to your success in this role.
**An overview of the role**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to property maintenance.
Obtain certification from contractors and consultants for all essential services and prepare necessary documentation as stipulated by the local authority.
Ensure compliance with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including contractor induction and preparation of risk management plans.
Co-ordinate effective and efficient management of all property services and repair works within the Public Realm
Manage specialist contractors and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Develop and maintain property due diligence program, including reporting required works.
Implement and maintain computerised maintenance and work order systems.
Procure materials and building requirements to minimise disruptions to stakeholders.
Oversee the Activations held within the Public Realm area, including necessary approvals.
Act as the Precinct Manager and Chair quarterly Management Committee Meetings with Stakeholders
Embrace and promote site and corporate WHS programs.

Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
Strong technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but a Trade Certificate will be favourably considered.
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets.
