Launch Housing continues to grow and develop with an ambitious Strategy and Theory of Change as to how it will help end homelessness. **What you’ll be doing**

The role is as much about change management as it is about managing projects as we continue through an era of major business change. We need someone who is eager to support positive change, business optimisation and continuous improvement to enable the organisation to grow with confidence in business fundamentals around project governance and project management.

With a background in quality assurance, business analysis, project administration or similar, you will play a key role in embedding Launch Housing’s new Project Management Office, a team that sits with the Finance and IT functions.

Reporting to the Group Manager, PMO, you will be responsible for the monthly organisation-wide projects reporting cycle, updating the tools, templates and documentation housed on the intranet, requirements gathering and analysis, and supporting internal project managers to use and adhere to the new PMO documentation and governance processes. You will also play a role in identifying and initiating continual business improvements in the projects space.

You have relevant project and change management experience together with continuous improvement mindset. You have a knack for identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance organisational practices and improve business performance. - Demonstrated depth of experience in a variety of project
- or change management-related work
- Competent using MS Office
- Diplomatic and supportive approach to working with stakeholders, and the confidence and agility to work across multiple projects
- Familiarity with common project management methodologies
- Self-starter with experience and comfort in facilitating workshops or discussions with varying groups of people and perspectives
- Proactive team player and problem solver who can plan effectively, meet deadlines, and manage competing
