Trinity Grammar School, a proud member of the Combined Associated Schools (CAS) Sports Program, is seeking a talented and passionate **Sports Operations Co-ordinator** to support the logístical functions and successful delivery of various school sporting activities and events. This role operates under the routine supervision and guidance of the Sports Master (Secondary Campus).

Your broad knowledge and love of sport, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will set you up for success in this role. You’ll need flexibility and the ability to work independently while effectively managing a variety of tasks to ensure the seamless coordination of sporting events across multiple venues and schedules.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on most Saturdays, with your workdays spread over five days each week. The salary will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant, anticipated to be between $75,000 - $85,000p.a.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with all staff and stakeholders in a responsive and inclusive manner.
- Demonstrated ability/experience planning and running sporting events.
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks with well-developed contingency plans.
- Consistently delivers high-quality experiences for all stakeholders.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Is self-motivated and has a proven ability to work in a team.
- Reliable and committed to developing the Trinity Grammar Sports Program offering.
- Developed ICT skills including MS Office and database management.
- Polished and professional presentation.
- Previous coaching experience and management of a Learn to Swim Program whilst not essential, would also be of benefit.
- Currency in First Aid and CPR certification.

All staff are required to provide the School with a current NSW Working with Children Check Number (Employment Status not Volunteer) in accordance with Child Protection Legislation.
