As a Butler you will provide a remarkable end-to-end experience to VIP guests staying in the Villas and Mansions at Crown Towers. Reporting to the Butler Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating food and beverage service, handling guest requests and utilising problem-solving skills to deal with operational issues.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years fine dining Food & Beverage experience
- Proven extensive customer service experience
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Flexible availability - casual and part time positions are currently available across a 24/7 roster

Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality qualification
- Asian language skills
- Luxury Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Previous exposure to the VIP service industry
