As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a key strategic role in providing high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to the firm's diverse client base, across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of complex tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory services Review and oversee the preparation of income tax returns, activity statements, and other tax-related documents Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate and individual taxation, international tax, and tax risk management Mentor and supervise a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' evolving needs Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the firm's tax services remain competitive and compliant What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a recognised accounting or tax qualification (e.g.
CPA, CA, or equivalent)At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a tax advisory or compliance role, preferably within a professional services firm Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of tax disciplines, including corporate tax, international tax, and tax compliance Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into easily understandable advice for clients Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics What we offer At Butler Settineri, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
