- Lead and Manage a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts

Our Government client is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to lead and manage a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts who provide internal IT Support to approximately 250 users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk team
- Manage and report on the performance of Service Desk support function
- Build strong relationships with management and key stakeholders within the business
- Undertake effective problem and risk management resolution using the ITIL framework

**Key Skills**:

- 4+ years working as a Service Desk Team Lead
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft client/server technologies
- Demonstrated experience in managing small-medium size IT team
- Great leadership and management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach
