Metso is looking for a Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific to join our large office in Perth. You will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing campaigns, working closely with business stakeholders, to meet our business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Responsible for planning and execution of digital campaigns using our marketing automation software and various digital marketing channels
- Responsible for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and return on marketing investment
- Responsible for contributing to Asia Pacific annual marketing planning (including all channels and activities), strategy creation and budgeting
- Responsible for managing and incorporating input from key stakeholders including Sales, Account Managers, technical support, and business/product line stakeholders
- Responsible for branding enforcement within Asia Pacific
- Responsible for managing and delivering industry events to support business priorities and raising Metso 's brand, image, and value proposition

TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution with proven track record of past campaigns
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Proficiency in marketing automation and web content management platforms, preferably Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Pardot
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience in digital publishing platforms an advantage - Adobe InDesign, Premier, Photoshop, or similar
- Confident communication and negotiation style, with solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong planning, execution, coordination skills
- Service oriented and strong “hands-on, getting things done” attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and meet ongoing deadlines
