CSL's new $900 million Facility is a significant investment in the biotech industry in Australia and reinforces our commitment to Broadmeadows as an important player in advanced manufacturing in the global network.

We have several newly created openings for** Manufacturing Technicians** and **Assistants** at our CSL Behring manufacturing site at Broadmeadows. **We have both full-time ongoing and fixed term positions available.**

Utilise your technical experience at our manufacturing facility

Working at our site in Broadmeadows you will play an important part in helping people with life threatening illnesses live a full life. We have positions across several departments:

- Fractionation (fractionating human plasma)
- Bulk / Primary manufacturing (from raw material to finished product)
- Filling / Secondary manufacturing (Aseptically filling our product into bottles)
- Visual Inspection (Inspect product for defects and damage)
- Packaging (Packaging our product that can be shipped to our patients)

In this role you are required to perform competently a variety of tasks following Standard Operating Procedures. **We have both day and afternoon shift positions and rotating shifts**

**The Role**:

- Ensure your own and others health, safety and security at work
- Assist production activities so the weekly manufacturing schedule of activities is met in an efficient and consistent manner
- Help develop and implement corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance goals
- Build professional relationships with your team to to meet the team's weekly scheduled deliverables
- Complete tasks with strict gowning requirements
- Maintain a clean work environment of the facility and production lines

**Your skills and experience**:

- Good verbal communication and be able to follow standard operating procedures
- Experience working in a team-based environment, and work with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Laboratory or manufacturing experience would be highly regarded
- TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role
