**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager at our newly created, but established collision repair facility in Pinkenba, close to Brisbane.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the people, planning, quality and safety of this fantastic new site. You will lead a talented and hardworking team of all levels and be required to bring technical expertise combined with strong organisational skills. You will have an engaging approach to team leadership to help drive improvement, lead safety protocols and develop the staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and managing production schedule
- Delivering on production schedule within expected time frames and to budgeted revenue targets whilst controlling costs
- Ensure quality assurance and best practice repair methodology protocols are strictly adhered to, to ensure a good standard of repairs
- Develop and maintain relationships internally with the team and externally of the business to foster growth
- Lead and mentor team to ensure safety management, quality compliance and resource efficiency
- Ensure a high level of service to customers, insurance partners and manufacturers

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience within Management in the automotive repair industry
- High level of commercial acumen and proven track record delivering KPIs
- Strong communication and customer management skills
- Experienced training and mentoring people
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders across all facets of business
- Drivers licence - Mandatory
- Competency with body shop estimating systems like iBody and Audanet
