**The Opportunity**

**Flexible location across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time P**rocurement Administrator** to join our team. The role will involve the administration of procurement under the general supervision from the Australia Procurement Manager. This entails the registration, setup and ongoing administration of multiple procurement as well as supporting proposal teams through the co-ordination of RFQs and subcontract compliance checks, often collaborating with other professional groups within the organisation.

You will be exposed to a range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting services in an engineering environment. These activities include, but are not limited to, qualifying suppliers, providing support to project teams to as part of tender activities as well coordination of requisitions and contract files.

**Who you are**

The successful applicant will have good communications skills and an eye for detail to perform work in a professional and accurate manner. Working collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrating an awareness for customer service is essential to the role.

It is expected you will have a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and evolving understanding of contract terms, conditions, risks, and other governing documents. SAP experience in a Procurement to Pay environment is preferable however, on the job training will be provided.

You have demonstrated that you can build relationships with a variety of people from different professional backgrounds and disciplines. This gives you the ability to communicate effectively, both in person and via written communication. You are a team player; KBR is a team of Teams, so you are excited about contributing to our success.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience providing high level administrative support to major infrastructure and construction projects or similar
- Extensive experience utilising Microsoft office package.
- Strong time management, organizational and numerical skills
