This role will be based at our **Worsley Alumina Refinery** which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.

As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie.

This role will be offered on a 9-day fortnight working arrangement

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a Permanent position DIDO daily, to our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.

As the **Specialist Work Management Planner**, the role will be to develop & communicate plans and schedules for an operational area in accordance with the work management processes, organisational compliance to risk management processes and the Australian industry standards and procedures. Depending on departmental structure the planner will report to the Senior Planner or the Planning & Control Superintendent.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Create & Plan work that enable effective deployment of work management resources, including personnel, service providers and materials
- Review & Monitor Legal & Governed Strategies to ensure compliance to work management processes to enable safe work practices. To minimise risk in the working environment of employees and contractors and to comply with statutory obligations.
- Review work management process compliance and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence.
- Monitor and report on maintenance cost, budget & forecast timetables for adherence and accuracy.
- Review, Facilitate, Develop & Update master data & work design to support Planning Teams

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant Mechanical Trade qualifications
- Proficiency in the work management planning processes with a minimum work-related experience of 5 years.
- SAP Strategy & Master Data development.
- High functionality of SAP’s Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and software such as SAP and Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
