**Real Estate**

The global Real Estate team is comprised of 500 lawyers and services some of Australia's largest and most recognised property developers, fund managers, trusts and landlords.

This high performing close knit Perth team is led by a well regarded partner and will see you work across the full range of property matters including:

- Investment property acquisitions and disposals;
- Leasing (commercial and retail);
- Property development projects; and
- Joint ventures, and structured development agreements.

**Position Description**

This role will see you working directly with the partner and will afford a decent amount of autonomy and responsibility. This will be a client-facing role and will suit a flexible lawyer who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

**Requirements**:
**2-4 years' **experience from a well-regarded property practice. Ideally you will have exposure to complex major transactions and be comfortable negotiating commercial and retail leases.

In addition, you will have:

- The ability to **take ownership** of smaller, less complex matters whilst playing a **team role** in the larger, complex matters**;**:

- A developing to developed **commercial awareness**; and
- A proven ability to **prioritise multiple tasks.**
